According to inside sources, +Nelly decided to come clean with the skeletons in his closet, supposedly revealing all of his infidelities which occurred prior to their relationship. + Ashanti thought it was a good thing, however she did not admit to any of her past infidelities which caused +Nelly to become upset (he was really looking for an out).
You see, for years +Nelly had been hearing rumors of +Ashanti 'getting it in,' with other men, however he had no clear way of proving such distasteful behavior. Ashanti maintained her composure and denied having a relationship with any of the aforementioned men.
