The lawsuit provides Abrahamson contacted him in August 2011 regarding an internal audit and they began flirting over the phone and via text messages. Mr. Vincent Borroughs insists that Abrahamson sent him a picture of herself posing in her 'panties.'
Consequently, Borroughs says he initially denied her advances until she told him she could impose, 'no tax penalty' or a '40 percent tax penalty.'
